We offer personal coaching and group training to encourage new perspectives that foster creativity help you access your innate wisdom. 

We assist our clients to draw out authenticity, joy and creative power in their every day life; augmenting their well-being and desired life qualities.

As the first Canadian accredited to facilitate “THE ARTIST’S WAY” we offer a 6 week and 12 week program once a year each fall.  This allows for participants to explore the creative part of themselves through individual and group exercises, writing and play. These courses are NOT about becoming an artist but rather how to make our life our canvas: coCreate to bring about our inner most desires, one step at the time.

We also offer personal consultations and lessons as well as semi-private lessons.  These range from learning how to use various painting and art mediums to PAINTING EMOTIONS from the core.  No previous experience is necessary!

CONSULTATIONS

Personal consultations and lessons ~ $150 / hour (incl. HST)

4 or more personal consultations or lessons ~ $125 / hour (incl. HST)

WORKSHOPS

Group lessons (up to 4) ~ $150 / hour (incl. HST)

Individual workshops ~ $45 ea.  ($15/hr. incl. HST)

Workshop series ~  $180 and $360 ($10/hr. incl. HST)
